Customer data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure hosted in the European Union, with encrypted storage at rest and TLS in transit. Backups are taken automatically by the underlying platform.
Each organisation's data is segregated using row-level security at the database layer. Rekkord workspaces cannot read or write across organisation boundaries.
Role-based access with distinct roles for directors, commercial users, field contributors and viewers. Field contributors and viewers are free and unlimited on every plan.
Email/password with strong-password enforcement, plus optional Google sign-in. SSO / SAML is available on Business and Portfolio plans.
Uploads are stored with immutable file identifiers. Photos and files are linked to the event and claim they support; the audit trail records who added or changed what and when.
CSV export is available on every plan. API export is available on Business and Portfolio. You can export your data at any time — there is no lock-in.
Private drafts stay private to your team. Only records you explicitly share appear in a client portal or project room. Internal notes are never shared.
You control the retention of your records within your organisation. On contract termination, data is exported on request and deleted from active systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
Rekkord's AI drafts narratives, notices and dispute responses to accelerate commercial review. Suggested contract clauses and drafted text are for commercial review by qualified users. Rekkord does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for a competent commercial or legal professional. Significant notices should be reviewed by a qualified person before being issued.
Recovery figures shown across the site — such as 3–8% recovery uplift and example customer numbers — are illustrative or based on modelled recovery scenarios. Individual results vary and depend on contract terms, operational discipline and evidence quality.
