Rekkord is a trading name and product of Proja AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Company No. 16963746. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Proja AI Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through the Rekkord website and product.

We collect the information you provide when you sign up, submit an enquiry, use the product (including evidence, notes, and account metadata), and standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, and usage analytics.

To provide and improve the Rekkord product, respond to your enquiries, secure the service, meet our legal obligations, and — with your consent — send you occasional product updates.

Customer data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure hosted in the European Union, with encryption at rest and TLS in transit. See our Trust page for more detail.
