Rekkord is a trading name and product of Proja AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Company No. 16963746. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

Rekkord is a business service offered exclusively to businesses, public bodies and other organisations. Every subscription is an organisation workspace licence for use by the subscribing organisation's authorised personnel and project participants. Rekkord does not offer consumer, personal, family or personal single-user subscriptions.

Organisation subscriptions are contracted and paid for directly by the subscribing organisation by invoice, purchase order or a separately agreed business payment arrangement. The Rekkord mobile applications are free companion applications through which authorised organisation users access an existing Rekkord workspace; no subscription, upgrade or add-on can be purchased through them. Plan entitlements are controlled by the organisation record held by Rekkord.

You agree to use Rekkord only for lawful purposes and in line with the documented product functionality. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and evidence you upload and for the actions of users you invite into your workspace.

Rekkord's AI drafts narratives, notices and dispute responses to accelerate commercial review. Drafted text and suggested clauses are not legal advice and are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Significant notices should be reviewed by a competent person before being issued.

We take reasonable steps to keep the service available and your data secure. See our Trust page. You can export your data at any time — there is no lock-in.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account owners by email in advance.
